ALL ITEMS ARE HANDMADE TO ORDER, THEREFORE, A PROCESSING TIME OF 2-6 BUSINESS DAYS (UNLESS OTHERWISE NOTED IN THE ITEM’S LISTING) ONCE SHIPPED, A SHIPPING NOTIFICATION WITH TRACKING INFORMATION WILL BE SENT.

Once a package leaves our shipping center, we are no longer responsible for it. Please contact the US Postal Service for any delivery inquiries or issues. Only orders with shipping insurance will be eligible for a refund in the event of loss or damage. If you have any concerns, we recommend upgrading to a shipping option with insurance.

In the instance of a package being returned to sender, once the package is received back, you will be presented with the option to have your order reshipped (the cost of shipping will apply) or alternatively, receive store credit for your order total minus the shipping cost.

RETURN POLICY

We offer returns for store credit only, within 5 days of receiving your order. Returns are allowed for unworn jewelry. Custom jewelry is final sale and is exempt from the return policy. Please contact hi@ventronechronicles.com to start a return or if you received a damaged item. A replacement or store credit will be issued.

Once an order is placed, a charge is made. Items cannot not be swapped out, added or removed. Promo codes can only be redeemed at the point of checkout and cannot be applied to an order after it is placed.

All orders are charged in USD only, we do not charge in the currency of your billing country. We are not responsible for duties or customs fees.
